At DiamondHolic Jewels, we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. We are pleased to offer a comprehensive warranty on all DiamondHolic Jewels pieces, reflecting our commitment to maintaining the integrity and durability of our creations.
Warranty Coverage
We stand firmly behind the lasting value of our jewelry. Our warranty includes complimentary repair services within the first year of ownership. After this initial period, a nominal fee for labor and materials, reflecting only our costs, may apply. Repair times generally range from 1 to 3 weeks, depending on the complexity of the repair.
Please note that our warranty does not cover the replacement of center or distinctive stones valued over $300. We strongly recommend purchasing insurance to protect against loss or damage of such stones. Additionally, certain conditions and damages are not covered by our warranty.
Repair and Shipping
Clients are responsible for the cost of shipping their jewelry to us for repairs. For your convenience, you may purchase a prepaid insured shipping label from us for an additional $75. This service helps ensure that your jewelry is protected during transit. Please be aware that clients are also responsible for any shipping, import fees, and customs charges associated with repairs.
We emphasize the importance of sending your piece directly to us for repairs. Our specialists have a deep understanding of our designs, and repairs performed by other jewelers may void the warranty.

Our skilled repair specialists will communicate with you regarding the necessary work and any associated expenses. You will be responsible for shipping and insuring your jewelry during the repair process.
